I was inspired by a project featured in Pinn Beads and made these gemstone pendants. I used dyed suede flat cords to match or compliment the colors of the gemstones. I made several variations - red corrals, blue turquoise, rose quartz, fire agate, amethyst, pearls, etc. - and they came out to be great...

Here are versions of a wire technique I recently learned from the book "Wire Jewelry" by Chrissie Day. I used rainbow fluorite, amethyst & blue goldstone, and moukaite jasper. I like the result. Hope you like it too! -sunfield45
