need ideas..help please!

Hey everyone! I am stumped, I am designing my own jewelry for prom and I have crystals to go with it. But I think just a strung bracelet of the crystals is too simple. Any ideas? I am open to anything :) Thanks!

How to keep glass beads from "fading"?

I have made several bracelets with glass beads where after wearing them for awhile the design on the bead wears off or "fades" away. I also have a problem with some of the charms I've bought seem to lose the "shine". Does anyone have any suggestions how to keep this from happening...
