Alethia Donathan

Honolulu, HI

Combining turquoise, red coral, and Bali silver gave Alethia the ethnic look she sought when she designed this necklace for her daughter Chrissy's multicultural day at school. "I used turquoise to stand for Chrissy's Cherokee Indian heritage and the coral to represent her Hawaiian ancestry," Alethia said. Chrissy now has a beautiful and lasting tribute to her family origins.
