I love to create and have worked in alot of mediums throughout my life - from the jillions of drawings I made from childhood through my teen years (mostly of horses and girls in bellbottom pants!) to floral design to equine oil portraits (horses again) and finally to jewelry design, which I love. I'm addicted to beads and love to check out local bead shops wherever we travel. Luckily I have a sweet husband who patiently waits while I search for bead treasures! In the past year I got up the courage to open a shop on Etsy (www.lilruby.etsy.com) and have had alot of fun with it, although I certainly won't be able to quit my day job anytime soon! I'm very excited that one of my designs has been chosen for a future issue of Beadstyle - which just makes me want to create more and more!
