I began beading about 7 years ago. It was a rainy day at the NJ shore and I visited a local bead store. I bought a small kit, took it home and forgot about it. A year later, I had some surgery and was home for a couple of months. I got out the kit, and was hooked. I have perfected my craft and am now registered in NJ as "Beauty and the Bead". I love to work with semi-precious gemstones and pearls. I do several craft shows a year and have items for sale in local boutiques and gift shops. I also have an open house at my home in early December for the holidays.
