i'll be in BC from july 22 to august 12, starting off on the island and then over to the mainland

any suggestions for beads stores on the way?  i'd love to check out any / all retail and wholesale that i can

I recommend Kimdoly.  They are located on Richard Street in Vancouver as well they told me at the Calgary Bead Show that they have opened a new and larger location on Granville island.  They have masses of gemstone beads, most of it VERY reasonably priced.  Give them a try.  They also have a website kimdoly.com, but it is not as good as going to the store, but gives you an idea of what all they have.
