 I would say yes.  They are very pretty  but the smaller one distracts from the larger one.  I would separate them and you will have 2 lovely necklaces!

Normally I would say no, but this looks to me like two separate necklaces. I will have to agree with katmaz. They are very pretty though and will stand out more if they were separated.
