I was at a local store that carries craft magazines and happened to come across a magazine from either May or June 2009 with two particular projects.  Now I can not locate the magazine!  The cover and feature project was a multiple strand necklace with a whimiscal hummingbird clasp toggle and pretty lucite flowers.  There was an inside section of several nautical inspired bracelets, mostly with navy blue and white beading.  One project in particular featured a gold bracelet with a navy and white striped wide ribbon attached.  If anyone has this magazine or knows which publisher and issue it came from, I would greatly appreciate you emailing me with the information.  I am so mad I didn't purchase it before I left from vacation.  Thanks for your help!
