Does anyone use artistic wire in their jewlery?  I'd like to wrap some clear quartz daggars with black artistic wire (that from Fusion Beads). 

How does the wire hold up?  Does the coating come off while wrapping, or after wear?  Dost it look professional--or too crafty?

I have used artistic wire and do not have any problems with it - I'm not as big a fan of  the silver and gold - but they do not tarnish and tend to be a little sturdier than sterling and gold filled wire.

Thanks Krina!  I got mine in the mail just this week.  It's black, and I'm not sure I'm happy with it.  It looks a little too plastic to me.  I guess it's time to learn how to use liver of sulfer.  Alice

I have worked with artistic wire and I love it too!  They design beautifully with rings.  I was wondering how much do you pay for artistic wire? And how much do you get for the price.  Trying to see if the price I'm paying for it is a good price.  Thanks
