    Ring Blanks

Am searching for ring blanks in resin, wood, filigree, 14kgf, vermeil, ss or other to use as the base form for a new design.  Surface must be unadorned for addition of other metalwork, Swarovskis, bead/cabachons, cold enamel, etc. Does anyone know where to purchase, preferrably wholesale?  Initial order will be small for prototype(s) then quantity is no problem. Thanks

    Re: Ring Blanks

     Welcome to our forums, Marcee!

Your description is pretty broad. Sounds like you want a flat top to glue your project onto? Do you want rings by size or an adjustable shank?

These are some of the adjustable styles we carry. Many other vendors carry other styles. If  you give some more details of what you want others may jump in with ideas.

    Re: Ring Blanks

Thanks for your answer.  Yes I was too broad in my description.  My preference is a sized ring but several of yours will work. I especially like the cup ring and the unusual shaped ring.

Specifically, I want a sized ring shank (sizes 6/7/8) that has a flat top. The top can be square, rectangle, oval, round or irregular. The edges of the top don't have to be plain they can have dimension. Sides can have texture.  It could also be a dome top.  Material could be metal, wood, resin.  This typically is known in fashion today as a "right hand" or "cocktail" ring.  I will overlay and/or inlay with a variety of materials including gem cabs.  Ideally the metals can be soldered if needed.

I have "Googled" this a number of ways and can't seem to find anything--I know it exists.  I eventually could go the PMC metal clay route but not until we test market the prototypes.

Thanks for your help.  I shop your show when you are in OKC!
