Question about large beads on headpins

I like to put large beads on headpins and attach them to a necklace. I can't seem to find a way to keep the beads from turning around on the headpin while I'm wearing the necklace. Any suggestions?

Can you post a picture of the piece?

I took some pictures but I can't seem to figure out how to post them.  If someone could please tell me how, that would be great!

I use the little rubber earring backs if the hole in the bead (works great for Lampwork) is large. The clear ones or white work great depending on the bead. Sometime a small seed bead or tube will work too! Have fun beading. I find my customers like it when the beads do not roll around. If the hole is too small a dab of hypo-cement will keep it is place. Melinda Thank you so much for the suggestions! I had tried the seed beads but those don't always work. The earring backs sound like a really great idea :)

    Thanks. Marilyn
