This is not the same one but it works just as well and you can make 4 shapes with it.  Circles, Ovals, Squares and Triangles.  It's called Fiskars 12-8866 Right Angle Wire Mandrel and you can purchase it from widgetsupply.com or misterart.com and both sites have it for about $5.00.
