    FindingKing

I placed an order with FindingKing for 960 5mm Bali Flower Spacer Beads. I received only 170 beads and they don't seem to understand that they didn't send to me the amount that was ordered.

Has anyone else had problems with short shipments with FindingKing?

I've never ordered from them, and I doubt that I ever will.  I saw some items on eBay that I was interested in, and sent them numerous emails asking for more information, but they never once responded.  After trying repeatedly, I decided they didn't want my business and went elsewhere.

It's shame, too, because I would have purchased quite a number of items.

I have ordered from them 2x.  Once for a bust for photo-taking and once for some beads.  They take a LONG time to ship... but otherwise I had no issues.  After two times with the same issue I haven't been back.

I bought a bunch of stuff off eBay from them on the 17th of July.  I'm still waiting for it.  I ordered something the same day from an eBay seller in New Zealand and I've already received that, so there's no excuse.  Now I'm worried I won't get everything I paid for, either.

    Re: FindingKing

Hello Glitters,  Unfortunatley  the Finding King has a long history of short changing people of money and merchandise. At one point there was a website dedicated to educating consumers about that business practices or lack there of. Finding King has been reported to ebay 100's if not 1000's of times but they refuse to do anything about it.  If you used a credit card or debit card through Paypal call the credit card company to file a dispute. Your credit card company will send you the paper work and you shouldn't have any problems getting your money back. Sorry this happened to you and good luck getting this resolved.    Reba

Thanks, everyone, for your replies. Well, I won't buy from FindingKing anymore, that's for sure. In checking further, I think they were misleading in their advertising in that they lead me to believe there were 960 pieces. I thought I would check our Fire Mountain Gems and see what they are selling and they are selling one ounce for around $49.00. Their one ounce for a 5mm daisy spacer has 195 to 205 pieces. FindingKing sent me 170 spacers. I guess I bought one ounce from FindingKing. It comes out to about $0.15 a piece. Doesn't some one sell them for less?

    Thanks, again for your replies.

I ordered somethings from them a while back and it took forever, they sent me the wrong item and it took almost a month before they sent me the correct item. I won't use them again.

    Re: FindingKing

Today I received the following message from FindingKing:

"I am very sorry, I was told that the listing was incorrect. I can send you postage to return the item for a full refund otherwise I can not send out another 960 pieces. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know what you would like to do?"

This just to let everyone know about FindingKing.
