Jewelry in The Office

I’m been laid up in bed sick for the last six days, so I whiled away the hours by watching the third season of NBC’s The Office on DVD. I had never noticed how bead-savvy the character Phyllis Lapin is!! In almost every episode, she’s bedecked in a multi-strand necklace, a circlet of chunky gemstone nuggets, or something else stylish that wouldn’t be out of place in the pages of BeadStyle. Do you think Phyllis (or her real-world counterpart, Phyllis Smith) could be a beader?

This isn’t the first time I’ve blogged about beaded jewelry on TV (see my post from April). The more I bead, the more I become aware of the beautiful jewelry worn by my favorite actresses. Have you spotted any hot new designs on TV or in movies lately?

When I first opened your blog, I thought this woman looks so familar, what department at Kalmbach does she work in? Only to read on and discover it's Phyllis. Can't help but love her and now that you've pointed out her jewelry, I'm especially fond of Phyllis.
